Deli’s Den Terms & Conditions

Dali’s Den Lodge will be available from 2 pm on the day of your arrival. 

Hand towels- and bedding provided

This contract is between you and Mr K Thomson (referred to as ‘we’ or ‘us’) for the provision of holiday accommodation.We reserve the right to refuse any booking without giving a reason. Your statutory rights are not affected by anything contained in these terms and conditions.

Dali’s Den is privately owned, and we pride ourselves on the quality and standard we achieve.  In the event that something is not exactly as expected then please let us know and we will try to resolve it.  In the unlikely event that you have any cause to complain, please let us know as soon as possible and we will do our utmost to address and resolve the problem.

The reservation extends from 2pm on the day of arrival and departure time is 10am unless otherwise agreed.  During off-peak times, we may be able to work around these times, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your requirements.

Payment

For bookings made more than 6 weeks prior to arrival, a deposit of £60 is payable to secure the booking and the balance is due for payment 6-weeks before the date of your holiday.

For bookings made less than 6 weeks prior to arrival, the full rental amount is payable to secure the booking.

A £20 charge will be added for bookings with up to 2 well behaved Dogs

Your Obligations

Damage and breakages arising during your holiday must be notified to us. Any serious damage or breakage will be charged at the cost of replacement.

We allow well behaved dogs in the Lodge(2 maximum); however, you must take full responsibility for your pet and they must not be left unattended in the Lodge if they aren’t house trained (we have a crate available if required).

Only the number of people detailed on the booking form will be entitled to occupy the lodge.

You are responsible for the insurance of your personal property whilst you are staying with us, please ensure that you are adequately insured especially for valuables.

You will be given the key to the lodge; it is your responsibility to keep the lodge safe and secure.

Termination of Holiday Tenancy

We reserve the right to terminate the holiday tenancy if

  • Smoking in or damage to the property or any of its contents
  • Unreasonable behaviour by any of the guests, as the lead guest, you are responsible for all guests in the property.

Use of Equipment in the property

You are agreeing to the safe use of all equipment in the property

  • The property owner will not be considered liable for any injury caused by improper use of any equipment.
  • Faulty equipment must be reported immediately – you must not use any equipment you do not consider to be in a perfect condition.
  • Any claims or injury must be reported immediately

Behaviors

Situated in the exclusive Bridlington Links Golf course, guests are expected to adhere to the site rules, which will be in the guest Information book.

No Fireworks are allowed. No single use barbeques allowed.

Right of Entry

Should we need to go into the lodge during your stay, we will where possible arrange with you in advance, but we reserve the right to enter the lodge at reasonable times to check and carry out essential maintenance.

Car Parking

There is parking is at the side of the Lodge.  All vehicles are parked at own risk.

Don’t park at the front of the lodge.

Cancellation

Your deposit is non-refundable.  Should you cancel your holiday within 6-2weeks of your holiday commencing, then you will lose 50% of the cost of the holiday.

If you cancel the Holiday within 2 weeks of the commence date you will lose 100% of the cost of the holiday

You may wish to consider holiday insurance to protect you against cancellation.

If for any reason beyond our control (e.g. fire, storm damage) and the property is not available on the date booked, a full refund will be made.

Insurance

We recommend that you take out insurance to protect you against any losses.
